Keith Ryan, President / Founder

Geneous Biomedical Advisors was founded by search industry executive Keith Ryan. Keith’s professional experience encompasses several years of direct research coupled with over 13 years of recruitment experience in the Life Science industries. Prior to founding GBA, he was President and VP, Life Sciences at a leading national recruitment firm. During his tenure, he built and managed national search teams on both the east and west coasts.

Throughout his career as a search executive, he has developed a deep knowledge of key industry dynamics and a consultative search process that has produced consistent results for his clients, closing searches in all areas of executive and scientific leadership.

As a highly respected industry leader, he is regularly sought after to offer perspective and insight to executives in the venture capital, academic life science industries. Keith currently serves of the Board of Directors for The Lurie Center - LADDERS, a MGH based, interdisciplinary team of physicians that develop and implement treatments for neurological disorders www.ladders.org.

 

Krista Donnelly, MBA, Executive Director Client Services
Krista comes to Geneous with over 15 years of executive recruitment experience working with Fortune 500 companies and emerging start-ups. She has led national search teams and supported High Tech and Life Science companies through all stages of their life cycle. Most recently, she spent the last 7 years as co-founder and Managing Director of a boutique search firm specializing in retained and contingent search for mid-to-executive level professionals for the Life Science and High Tech industries. Prior to that, she was Vice President with a national search firm where she was responsible for starting up and growing the Financial and Professional Practices for the firm. She has her BA from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She has a strong reputation for building relationships with her client companies and playing a key role in the development of their long-term employment strategies.

 

Molly Smith, Executive Director Candidate Development
Molly has over 15 years of executive search experience on both the national and regional level working with Fortune 500 companies to emerging start- ups. Most recently, she was co-founder and Managing Director of a boutique search firm specializing in retained and contingent search for mid-to- executive level professionals for the Life Science and high-tech industries. Prior to that, she was Vice President of a national search firm where she
was responsible for the development and growth of their Administrative, Marketing/Sales and Information Technology practices. She has her BA from College of the Holy Cross and has extensive experience in recruiting executive talent across the High Tech, Life Science and Professional Services sectors.
